Five ways to work
Relaxing massage
A gentle, flowing technique designed to release tension, calm the nervous system and bring deep relaxation to body and mind.
Deep tissue massage
A targeted massage designed to release deep muscular tension and tightness. Using slow, firm pressure and focused techniques, it works into the deeper layers of the muscles.
Sports massage
A dynamic, targeted approach focused on muscle recovery, flexibility and relieving deep-tissue tension for active bodies.
Lymphatic drainage
A light, rhythmic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system, reducing swelling, boosting immunity and promoting natural detoxification.
